Whole Baked Mont D'or
- 1 Mont d'or AOP
- 5cl of white wine
- Cold cut
- Salad (optional)
This recipe is very easy to do:
First, start preheating your oven to 180°C.
Then, take your Mont D'or (let it in its wooden box) and do a small cross on the center, and open it.
Pour the white wine inside.
You can put your Mont D'or in the oven for about 20mn.
You can do a full meal by boiling potatoes for 20mn at the same time.
It is even more delicious to degustate it with "charcuterie" ! This is as delicious, and even more depending on your taste, than a raclette!
