INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Osso Buco Pieces (1,5 Kg)
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Carrots
  • 3 Garlic Clove
  • 3 Tomatoes or a Tablespoon of Tomato Concentrate Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 75 cl of Bordeaux Red Wine
  • 1/2 Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 1 Bouquet Garni
  • 1 Celery Leaf
  • 1 Rosemary Branch
  • 20 cl of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon of wheat 
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Coat the meat pieces and fry them olive oil. Put it aside. 

2. Put the onions, carrots and smashed onions in a cooker. Put the redwine gently. Add salt, rosemary, origano and celery. Boil  and blaze the preparation. Add the beef bouillon cube, the tomatoes sliced in cubes (or the juice) and the meat. Put the preparation in the oven for about 1h30 at 180 degrees Celsius. 

3. Serve two pieces per person and coat with the sauce.
