INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Kg of Beef Chuck
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 Fennel Bulb
  • 1 Onion
  • Parsley sliced
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sliced Garlic
  • 2 Cloves
  • Thyme, Bay Leaf
  • 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 Pig's feet

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Brown the Chuck with olive oil in a frying pan. 

2. Add all the garniture and the pig's feet. 

3. Add salt, pepper, thyme and the bay leef. After boiling let it cook slowly for about 2h30.

4. Choose a rectangular plate, and put some plastic wrap in it. Sliced the carrot into thick slices. Sliced the pig's feet and then cut the chuck into 3 parts in length. 

5. Put some carrots at the bottom of the plate and then one piece of chuck, and continue with the rest of your ingredients. 

6. Then put the pig's feet in another frying pan with a bouillon cube. Mix it up and then put it with the rest of the garniture in the plate. Put a weight of about 1 Kg on the preparation and store it in the fridge for the night. 

Ready to eat!
