Agneau Fermier des Pays D'Oc
Agneau Fermier des Pays d'OC (Lamb from Pays d'Oc Farmers) is a collective of shepherds who has received the Label Rouge (Red Label). The Label Rouge is a sign of quality assurance in France, and certifies that a product has gone through superior quality standards.
Raised in the best conditions and spacious sheepfold, the lambs are breasfed by their mother for at least 70 days and reared until they are 150 days maximum. The meat of a young lamb offers then a pink, tender and tasty flesh. The layer of fat stays white and firm while cooking and reveals a soft taste of lamb. This unique product has been awarded the golden prize by the Ministry of Agriculture, during the national agricultural show of 2017,competing in the'' Meat of Excellence'' category.
