  • 2 squares of dark chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 soup spoon of almond milk or semi skimmed milk
  • 40g of organic whole grain oat flakes

1.    Melt the chocolate in a pan or microwave

2.    Add Organic Almond Milk and the egg. Mix well.

3.    Add the Organic Whole Grain Oat Flakes

4.    Pour the mixture in the bowl.

5.    Cook 3 min the microwave 3 min / 900W

6.    Peel and cut the kiwi

7.    Remove from the bowl & enjoy.
