The story of Beillevaire started in 1980 when Pascal Beillevaire decided to combine his two passions for agriculture and trade, by selling the family farmed products, along with the homemade butter and cream. Promoting a large and diverse range of farmhouse and artisan cheese, the company’s commitment to tradition and quality sets it apart.
Milk is collected twice daily in a dozen farms and brought, still warm, to the dairy in France in order for Beillevaire to produce their own cream, butter, yoghurts, desserts and over 10 cheeses. This trademark process ensures that only milk of the highest quality is used. All their products are artisanal, and they are the last butter producer to make it from raw cream in a wooden churn.
